What's PingRobot?
It's a website monitoring service that alerts you when websites are not operational and when they come back online.
How is PingRobot different?
PingRobot is pure simplicity: uptime monitoring without the nonsense. No unnecessary options, no ads, no tracking, no spam, no newsletters, no AI either.

Can I try PingRobot before purchasing?
Yes. Sign up if you haven't already. We just need your email, no credit card required.
Is the service safe to use?
Yes. Safer than most, because we do not store anything personal from your side, except your email, and we do not sell your data to anyone. Check our privacy statement for all the details.
Can I delete my data at any time?
Yes. Find Account by clicking on your username on the right-side menu. Then click on Delete and confirm. Your data will be instantly deleted and your subscription cancelled, if any.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. Click on Billing. Then click on Cancel and then click on Confirm Cancellation.
What's your refund policy?
If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund within 7 days of your last payment.
What personal data do you store?
Just your email. Your credit card information is stored by Lemon Squeezy/Stripe.
What do you do with my data?
We provide you with a service: uptime monitoring. That's it. Your data never leaves our server. Check our privacy statement for more details.

Can I request a feature or send a comment?
Yes! We are open to comments, requests and questions about the service. Contact us at support@pingrobot.net or via the Help menu on pingrobot.app.
Can I import my list of monitors to PingRobot?
Yes. PingRobot accepts csv files that follow a specific format (see below) and csv files that are just a list of URLs.
